Combine clips into one video, in the order you choose
Meicut's video merger joins two or more clips into a single file, in the order you choose. Drag the clips on the timeline to rearrange them, add a transition at any seam, and preview each segment before you export.
The clips don't need to match. MP4, MOV, WebM and other common formats can be merged together, and vertical phone footage can sit next to horizontal camera shots: choose Fit Frame, Auto Crop or Stretch Fill to unify them, with 1080p, 4K, portrait and square presets ready.

Common video merging needs
Combine video clips into one file
Travel footage, event highlights, tutorial segments: recording in short takes is normal. Upload the takes, arrange them in playback order, and merge. The summary bar shows the total duration and size of the combined video as you go.
Merge videos in different formats
Clips arrive from different devices: an iPhone saves MOV, a screen recorder exports WebM, an old camera shoots AVI. Upload them together and the merged result is one unified video, so nobody on the receiving end has to find the right player for each file.
Smooth the seams with transitions
Click the seam between two clips to open the transition panel: cross dissolve, fades to black or white, slides, wipes, zooms and more. Duration adjusts from 0.2 to 2 seconds, and every seam can have a different effect. Leave it at none for a plain cut.
Merge vertical and horizontal footage
Phone clips are vertical, camera and screen recordings are horizontal. Pick how they meet: Fit Frame keeps the whole frame, Auto Crop fills it, Stretch Fill adjusts to fill. Presets cover 1080p, 4K, portrait 9:16 and square 1:1.
Compile clips for YouTube or TikTok
Put your intro, segments and outro in order, unify everything to 1080p for YouTube or portrait 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, and export a single file that is ready to upload.
Rearrange until it plays right
Drag clips along the timeline or use the arrow buttons in the file list. Add more clips partway through, remove the ones that don't belong, and undo any step. Preview plays each segment in place, so you can check the order before exporting.
Plain cut or transitions
Plain cut
The default: one clip ends, the next starts, nothing in between. The right choice for takes of the same scene, screen recordings, and anywhere a visible effect would distract.
Transitions
A short effect at the seam: a dissolve for a soft scene change, a fade to black at the end of a chapter, a slide or wipe between shots. Each seam gets its own effect and duration.
