Can Web and Developer quotas be used interchangeably?
No. The two quota categories are fully independent and cannot be transferred between each other.
Will unused quota carry over after the plan expires?
No. All quotas are cleared automatically when they expire — no rollover, no extension. Please use pack quotas within their validity period; subscription benefits are valid only for the current billing cycle.
Can a free account use the API or MCP Agent?
Yes. Once you enable developer access, you can claim a free trial quota to try the API and MCP integration. For heavier usage, we recommend a paid developer plan.
Can I turn off auto-renewal at any time?
Yes. You can cancel auto-renewal whenever you like — all benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Is there a purchase limit on web export packs?
No monthly purchase limit. If you export frequently, a monthly subscription offers better value.
Is there an export limit on the free web plan?
Editing and previewing are unlimited on the free plan. To keep server capacity fair for everyone, exports come with resolution, duration, and file-size constraints.
What happens when the Developer Free quota runs out?
The Developer Free quota is granted once. When it runs out, API access is disabled automatically — purchase a pack or a monthly subscription to keep going.
Can Developer Pack and Monthly quotas be stacked?
Yes. Pack quotas and monthly subscription quotas are tracked separately and work at the same time without conflict.
